Review by hotel critic
I visited the hotel for a concert at the O2 and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. Everything was great, but what I liked the most were the beautifully decorated rooms with luxurious toiletries in the bathroom. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience and I am grateful for the excellent service provided by the hotel.
